First time in Fiji
Unknown
Third destination: Fiji
Finally got a chance to go to the beautiful Fiji! It took around 3 hours from NZ to Fiji.
When we arrived and about to exit the airport, there are people handing us flower necklace as a welcome. Our tour guide was a very cheerful tall Fijian. The car ride was around 45 minutes from the airport to our hotel. We were able to see the sunset as well! It was so beautiful! We stayed at Intercontinental for our first time.
It was everyone's first visit to Fiji so we were all a little excited. Everyone took out their camera to snap whatever and wherever. When we were checking in, I heard some noise down at the bar area, so I looked down and there was a group of people getting ready to sing. I immediately filmed it with my camera. I guess this is like another welcome to us indirectly :P
We spent 2 days at the hotel before going back to Macau. All the men went to fishing the next day. I stayed at the hotel with my baby. We woke up early and went to breakfast. We then brought him to the swimming pool for his first swim. We got him a little floaty from the store at the hotel. I guess he didn't like it at first because it's his first time feeling colder water. He cried a little. So we decided to put him in the bath tub at the room with his floaty. It turned out okay. I guess because the water's a little warm, similar to the temperature when he takes his shower everyday.
Thank's for reading! Love you all!

We then tried again the next day. He was a bit nervous for the first few minutes then he started to be really happy and playful! So we put him in his floaty and he loved it! He was laughing and smiling, having so much fun in the water! His feet was moving like he's about to swim.
At the last day, we flew to their capital to have a day tour. The greenery is SOOO nice.. I haven't seen that much greens for so LONG! If I have a chance, I will definitely come back to Fiji, go to other islands and resorts to explore other beaches and greeneries!!
That was the end of our CNY trip. Please continue to check my blog for the product review of ORA skin care from NZ, product review on Creme Simon products and more!

First time in Auckland
Unknown
Our second destination was Auckland, New Zealand.
It was my first time traveling to NZ. We were going to go to where Hobbit and Lord of the Ring's movie scene but my hubby had to go back to Macau to work during CNY and we had the baby with us so we didn't go at the end =( I definitely want to go if I get the chance to go to NZ again next time.

I was also lucky to meet the founders of Ora. Ora is a natural body care brand that has their potent Mamaku extract. Mamaku is like aloe vera but with healing properties. Mamaku is also known as the black fern. They are grown in the forest and will not stop growing as it is NZ's symbol. Their #1 product is the Mamaku Revival Gel, it can "repair dry, damaged skin, including burns and scarrings, while leaving skin feeling moisturized, nourished and love" I haven't had the chance to try them yet but it sounds very good! They have 6 products - body scrub, body cream, revival gel, cooling body mist, hand cream and lip balm. Well, I will talk about it in a new blog explaining a little of their products and review of their products!
This hole apparently used to be a volcano and it exploded 500 years ago?
We went to a winery called Villa Maria just 20 minutes away from our hotel.
my little bear just woke up from the car ride.
We had a wine tasting session with 6 of their wines, 3 white 3 red.
After the winery, we went to have lunch at Waiheke Island, around 1 hour from Auckland. We took a private charter there.
We also went to another winery called the Cable Bay Winery where we had our lunch as well. The scenery is so BEAUTIFUL! We were lucky to have such a nice weather in the afternoon because it was cloudy and was raining in the morning when we went to Villa Maria Winery in the morning.
We then had a quick day tour of the island after our lunch. This island is so beautiful and quiet. Haven't seen so much green for such a long time. There's basically no greens in Macau. I don't consider the trees greenery in Macau at all.
Haha, my baby didn't like the wind at all. I love that face. He's just so cute!
Alright, next blog would be the Fiji blog! & product review and Sephora haul + creme simon review! Stay tuned!
Happy CNY everyone!

Happy belated Chinese New Year!
I hope it's too late to say this to everyone. I was away so I wasn't able to say that on the day.
My family decided to go to a warmer climate areas to celebrate: Sydney, Auckland, Fiji!
The first stop was Sydney, Australia!
Instead of staying at The Star this year, we decided to stay at The Darling, which is right next to The Star. The room is very spacious. We had a big living room so our friends and family could chill and talk in the living room. Here's some pictures of our rooms:
Since we brought our baby with us this time, we prepared bib with Monday to Sunday! We went to get him some shorts before the trip and found it in Ralph Lauren and got it for him for the trip. It's adorable! He got to wear it everyday for 7 days :P. Though, one bib is not enough for a day, so at the end of the trip, the bib was not according to the days anymore.
The weather was so wonderful in Sydney, sunny with no clouds at all. Baby Aiden fell asleep while we were walking from the hotel to Darling Harbour!
We didn't do too much in Sydney since we came here every year. It's like our 3rd home. So we just chilled at the harbor and do what we do every year in Sydney - relax.

Annual Dinner - Bar.Celona
Unknown
Hey guys! Yesterday was our yearly dinner with friends and family. This year was a little different because it's for Chinese New Year and we have changed the chef and environment.
Every year until now, we asked Bo Innovation from Hong Kong for a course menu in Vic's Cafe at Rocks' Hotel. This year, we have asked Bar.Celona's chef to come over for a delicious traditional Spanish dinner!
If i remember correctly, there is 10 dishes with 3 other dishes during cocktail.Too bad I missed their cocktail food. It was:
Iberico 100% Bellota ham
Prawns with Romesco sauce
Black prioral olives muffins
This is the first dish - Costa Brava Cuttlefish with fresh cripsy artichokes & allioli
2nd dish - Tender octopus garlicia style on a bed of marsh potato & virgin olive oil
3rd dish - Piquillo red pepper filled with mid Atlantic deep sea crab emulsion
4th dish - Classic Catalan soup with Iberico Ravioli meat
5th dish - Egg with fresh forest mushroom, bone marrow and fresh Truffle (This is my favorite dish!!)
6th dish - Prime filet of codfish with sanfina pisto
7th dish - Spanish red prawns on a bed of chickpeas
8th dish - Roasted cripsy suckling pig with apple, raisins and cinnamon compote
9th dish - lemon sorbet with fruit of the forest essence
10th dish - Chocolate Bunuelos with vanilla bean ice cream ( THE BEST DISH!)
The dinner took 6 hours with spanish dancing in the middle of courses. Food was delicious! You all should definitely try their food!
